Chris Heron has 23 happy years of experience as a Personal Trainer and competitive athlete.

​

Competing and coaching Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, CrossFit and Indoor Rowing. Recently winning several International Indoor Rowing Championships, Row Battles, VIRC 1k, VIRC 2k. PIRC 2k.

​

Chris works with people of all generations and walks of life. All of which want to feel better, look better, be stronger, fitter and have more mobility.

​

His approach is to help you get the best out of you and some. Keep fitness interesting and varied but still keeping eyes on the overall goals. He has many years experience with body transformations, rapidly helping people get fantastic, life changing results in only a matter of weeks. 

​

If he isn't training a client or himself you might find him at home with his two beautiful daughters and wife in North London.

“I used to participate in football and athletics but I’ve been training with Chris for the last three years and I really enjoy it because I can focus on core, strength and cardio fitness. In the gym or on Zoom during lockdown, I have loads of fun focusing on building core strength along with upper and lower body.

 

We also mix cardio burning routines using sprints, the rower, bike or sled.  

 

Chris also encouraged me to compete in an indoor rowing championship and trained me to achieve a PB and sixth place. The workouts are hard and push me to the limit but I really enjoy it.“
